1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing Crezister, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Prohibited Content: You may not use Crezister to create content that depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual deepfakes, sexually explicit content, or content that violates any laws. Violations result in immediate account termination.
4. Payments and Refunds: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Top-up credits expire after 6 months. Unused credits are non-refundable.
5. AI Disclosure: You acknowledge that all generated videos are AI-generated and must be clearly labeled as such when shared publicly.
1. Data We Collect: We collect your email address, date of birth (to verify age), and the media files you upload for processing.
2. How We Use Data: We use your data solely to provide the AI generation service. We share uploaded media with our AI processing partner (WaveSpeedAI). We share payment information with our Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments).
3. Biometric Data: You consent to the processing of facial features in your uploaded media. We do not store your facial data after the video generation is complete.
4. Data Retention: Generated videos are deleted from our servers 30 days after creation.
5. Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated videos at any time directly from your profile settings page. Alternatively, you may contact crezistersupport@gmail.com.
Because our service involves immediate compute costs for AI generation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial months of subscriptions. If you experience a technical failure where credits are deducted but no video is generated, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
